What we collect

• Account data — your email (passwordless sign-in, notifications) and, if you connect it, your Telegram chat for approvals.
• Brand data — the brief, logo, plan and content sources you enter; the posts, images and prompts the Service produces for you; the results returned by the platforms you publish to.
• Platform credentials — access tokens for the Facebook pages and LinkedIn organizations you connect, stored encrypted and used only to publish and read statistics for those pages. Disconnecting a page deletes its token.
• Technical data — server logs with IP address and user agent, kept for 30 days.

How we use it

To draft, illustrate, schedule and publish the posts you ask for, and to show you how they performed. Draft text and image prompts (never your credentials) are sent to the AI providers we use (Groq, Anthropic, DeepInfra). We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Data deletion

Disconnect any page from the Channels page at any time. To delete your account and all data, email info@lbclouds.com from the account address; deletion completes within 14 days. Facebook users may also request deletion through the Meta data-deletion callback at https://postdeck.lbclouds.com/privacy.

Where it lives

Hosted on Fly.io in Frankfurt, Germany. Emails are sent through Microsoft 365.
