What we collect

• Account data — your email (passwordless sign-in, notifications) and, if you connect it, your Telegram chat for approvals.
• Brand data — the brief, logo, plan and content sources you enter; the posts, images and prompts the Service produces for you; the results returned by the platforms you publish to.
• Platform credentials — access tokens for the Facebook pages and LinkedIn organizations you connect, stored encrypted and used only to publish, read statistics, and read and answer comments for those pages. Disconnecting a page deletes its token.
• Comments on your pages — when the engagement inbox is on, the comments and replies left on your pages' posts, with the commenter's public name, profile link and platform id where the platform provides them. They are shown only to your account, so you can reply as the page.
• Technical data — server logs with IP address and user agent, kept for 30 days.

How we use it

To draft, illustrate, schedule and publish the posts you ask for, and to show you how they performed. To show you the comments on your pages, suggest replies, and post the replies you approve (or that you set to be sent automatically). Draft text, image prompts and comment text (never your credentials) are sent to the AI providers we use (Groq, Anthropic, DeepInfra) to produce drafts and suggested replies; they are not used to train models on our behalf. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, do not share it with other customers, and do not use LinkedIn or Meta data for anything other than serving the page it came from.

Retention

Comments and commenter details are kept while the page stays connected, so replies can take earlier conversations into account. Disconnecting a page stops collection; deleting the account deletes them.

Data deletion

Disconnect any page from the Channels page at any time. To delete your account and all data, email info@lbclouds.com from the account address; deletion completes within 14 days. People who commented on a customer's page can ask us to delete their data the same way. Facebook users may also request deletion through the Meta data-deletion callback at https://postdeck.lbclouds.com/privacy.

Where it lives

Hosted on Fly.io in Frankfurt, Germany. Emails are sent through Microsoft 365.
