POSTDECK ("the Service") is operated by LB Clouds, Beirut, Lebanon ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
POSTDECK drafts social-media posts and images from the brief you provide and publishes them to the pages you connect, when you approve them or when you set the account to publish automatically. You remain the author and publisher of every post.
You may only connect pages you administer. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, for the claims it makes, and for compliance with the terms of LinkedIn and Meta. We may suspend an account used for spam, deception or abuse.
When the engagement inbox is on, POSTDECK reads the comments on your pages' posts and suggests replies written by AI. Replies are published as your page only when you approve them, or automatically within the rules you set (types of comment, timing, daily limit), which you can change or switch off at any time. You are responsible for the replies published from your account.
New accounts receive a 30-day trial. Paid plans are monthly, activated by our team after payment by card, bank transfer or OMT; no payment details are stored in the Service. You may cancel at any time; publishing stops at the end of the paid period and your history stays readable for 90 days.
Drafts are produced by AI models and may contain errors; approval is yours. Publishing depends on LinkedIn and Meta's APIs being available and on the permissions they grant. Platforms limit how often the Service may call them, so new comments and replies can be delayed; scheduled posts and approved replies are never discarded because of these limits. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim.
